Managing your subscription
How do I change my subscription?
Log in under My Account or open the customer portal here. You can skip boxes, reschedule dates, adjust frequency, customize items, and update your shipping address or payment info.
I have too many sets. What should I do?
Skip your next delivery in the customer portal and you won't be charged. If you find yourself with extra sets often, switch to an 8-week or 12-week schedule.
Can I reschedule my next delivery?
Yes. Move your delivery date forward or back in your portal. Your subscription status and discount remain unchanged.
Can I switch styles or change the number of sets?
Yes. You can customize the contents of your box right in your portal. Note that your discount tier depends on the number of sets in your box.
Will I lose my discount if I skip a box?
No. Your discount stays locked to your subscription and applies automatically to your next box.
Payment & shipping
When am I charged?
Payment for each delivery is automatically billed to your card right before your box ships.
How do I update my credit card?
Open your portal and add your new card. Your upcoming delivery will automatically use the updated payment method.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location and selected delivery method, shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Terms & cancellation
Is there a minimum commitment for my subscription?
Subscriptions created from November 3, 2026 include a minimum of 2 deliveries (your initial order counts as the first). After that, you can cancel anytime in your portal. Read more in our subscription policy.
How do I cancel?
Once your initial 2 deliveries are completed, you can cancel under My Account. Canceling stops all future shipments. Alternatively, try skipping or extending your delivery interval so you keep your discount.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Your standard 14-day return window applies, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
