Cancellation policy

Regular delivery (subscription)

When you choose regular delivery, we send your box at the interval you choose (every 4, 8 or 12 weeks). The amount for each delivery is charged automatically to your payment card before it ships.

Minimum 2 deliveries

Subscriptions created from 3 November 2026 include at least 2 deliveries. Your first order counts. After the 2nd delivery you can cancel at any time.

Skip, move or cancel

In My account you can skip a delivery, move the date and change the contents. Once the 2 deliveries have been made, you can also cancel your subscription there. When you cancel, no more boxes are sent.

Right of withdrawal

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal still applies, as described in our terms and conditions.
